We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact of our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong clerical and organizational skills. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Restaurant.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Responding to email, inquiries, making reservations and phone calls are answered in a timely manner
Maintain an organised reception, lounge and PDR area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
Helping other teams and department when busy
Requirements
Proven experience in a administrative role is required
Hospitality background required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Must be well presented
