Job Title: Receptionist / Front of House Team Member

Location: Soccer Zone, Halesowen (B63 2RG)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:30pm-9:30pm

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

About Soccer Zone

Soccer Zone is a vibrant indoor sports venue offering football, darts, and social events for all ages. We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive team member to be the welcoming face of our venue during weekday evenings.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties: Greet visitors, check in players, and provide a warm and professional welcome Bookings & Enquiries: Manage phone, email, and in-person enquiries. Handle bookings using our scheduling system Customer Service: Assist guests with general questions and ensure a smooth experience Bar & Kitchen Support: Step in to assist with basic bar or kitchen tasks during busy periods (training provided) Venue Presentation: Keep reception and front-of-house areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operations across departments
Ideal Candidate

Friendly and confident communicator Organised and comfortable using booking systems or basic software Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Willing to assist across roles when needed Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Pay: 16,685.35-27,945.05 per year
