We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Front of House / Receptionist to become the face of our luxury clinic on Harley Street. As the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, you will set the standard for a five-star experience--combining warmth, elegance, and efficiency to ensure every visit feels seamless and exceptional.

About the Role



In this pivotal role, you will welcome patients into a refined and calming environment, offering a discreet and attentive service that reflects the premium care we provide. From greeting guests with genuine hospitality to supporting our team with smooth day-to-day operations, you will help us uphold the reputation of Harley Street excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Create a warm yet professional welcome for every patient and visitor. Maintain a serene, immaculate, and comfortable reception and waiting area. Offer refreshments and ensure patients feel relaxed throughout their visit. Assist patients with registration and ensure all forms and documentation are completed accurately. Handle phone calls, appointment queries, and emails with professionalism and discretion. Support the clinical and management team to ensure a seamless patient journey. Keep consultation rooms, VIP areas, and reception beautifully presented at all times. Assist with refreshments, deliveries, and light housekeeping to maintain a luxury standard. Contribute to the success of exclusive clinic events and VIP appointments.

About You



We're looking for someone who embodies professionalism and warmth, with:

A polished and welcoming presence, with exceptional communication skills. A genuine passion for delivering luxury hospitality and outstanding patient care. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask with grace under pressure. A proactive, discreet, and detail-focused approach. Previous experience in a luxury, hospitality, or high-end healthcare setting (preferred but not essential; training provided).
