Receptionist & Marketing Assistant
to be the welcoming face of our busy pet care facility!
What You'll Do:
Reception & Admin
Greet clients and check pets in and out
Handle all phone bookings, social media bookings and email enquiries, responding in a timely manner
Handle online product sales and enquiries?
Use Microsoft Excel and Office 365 to keep records up to date
Keep the front office area clean and organised
Marketing & Social Media
Create fun, engaging content for TikTok Facebook & Instagram
Promote our services & offers creatively
Highlight our in-store products (treats, toys, accessories etc.)
Work on marketing strategies to create brand growth
When the facility is quiet, you will be required to work on content for promoting other products supplied by us
What We're Looking For:
Confident using Excel and Microsoft 365
Strong customer service and admin skills
A creative mindset for content and marketing
Passion for pets and attention to detail
Self-motivated and well-organised
Can take direction and implement
Works well with others

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
