Holiday Inn Gatwick Worth is a 4 Star AA accredited hotel in Crawley, which recently underwent a 9 million refurbishment and extension project.
We now boast 158 bedrooms, 5 event rooms accommodating up to 350 delegates and a new restaurant Meadow - Kitchen | Bar | Terrace.

We are looking for a passionate and organised member to join our team, for a full time position, that will include weekends as a Night Auditor.

A working knowledge of hotel operating systems is essential and a background of working in busy hotel environments would also be beneficial.

Duties & Requirements:

Excellent customer service skills

To Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests

To answer the telephone promptly and in a polite and efficient manner

To assist guests with queries relating to the hotel, local transportation and the local area

Upsell hotel saver packages

To implement the hotel security policies and procedures and remain vigilant at all times

Ensure all guests are charged correctly according to their reservation and charges are posted correctly

Check guests in and ensure sufficient credit has been taken to account from their room and any incidentals

Check guests out clearing balances and ensuring ledger payments are posted to the correct account numbers

Ensure maximum IHG Rewards Club enrolments are achieved.

Hotel experience is preferable

Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills

Have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

Must be flexible and able to work Nights shift each week. Shifts begin at 11 pm till 7am
