We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full Time Reception team member/ Night Auditor in Mornington Victoria and Victor hotels 4*. The hotels are located less than a minute walk from each other and are run by the same team members and management Hotel consists of 20 rooms each which provides a great opportunity to provide a warm and attentive customer service to our guests and to attend to all the tasks at hand. As a reception team member, you will be responsible in providing an enjoyable stay to all our guests from the first welcome until their departure, have a good level of English and will be able to cope and find a solution to more complicated situations. The duties will include and will not be limited to: *Dealing with guests (check-in, check-out and any inquiries guest might have) *Processing reservations and responding to emails *Working with reservation and third-party agent systems to ensure a smooth running of the night *Completing daily tasks An ideal applicant will have previous hotel receptionist experience and will be offered a wage of \xc2\xa312.00 per hour and permanent position. Please note that this role involves night and day shift work. The successful candidate will be expected to work these shifts.
