Job Description

Receptionist/Sales Administrator -

role will include assisting with sales process and general administrating / reception duties.

Responsibilities:



Review and manage dispatched sales paperwork and margin on customer invoices. Issuing packaging invoices to customers. Maintaining all dispatch paperwork. Handle calls from customers giving advice on stock availability, prices, and delivery. Sales order processing and liaison with sale reps, stock controller and warehouse staff. Dealing with telephone enquires when required.

Ideal Candidate:



Sage 50 experience - at least 1 years practical - on the job experience. Excellent telephone manner with strong phone presence. Experience working with computer/sales systems and specifically accounts software - at least 1 years practical on the job experience. Excellent communicator, both oral and written. Strong attention to accuracy and detail, working methodically. Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must have excellent IT user skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excel.
