Location: Southport/Hybrid



Salary: Up to 50,000pa DOE

Were looking for a Reconciliation Manager to lead our team of analysts, tackle supplier queries, and ensure financial processes run smoothly. If youre detail-driven, love working with numbers, and enjoy guiding a team to success, this role is for you!

Main responsibilities:



Managing and supporting a team of reconciliaition analysts Investigating and resolving supplier queries across a range of case management systems Liasing with disbursement suppliers to reconcile statements and update matter references Reviewing client and office balances on acquired matters Processing disbursement payments Reviewing invoices on matters to balance ledgers Reconciling data within Excel Assisting with queries from team members across the business Working closely with the Finance Integration team and Head of Accounts and Funding Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules Other administrative tasks as required

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:



Attention to Detail Strong Excel/Microsoft skills Ability to communicate effectively

Working with a case management system Involvement in acquisition/integration process CIMA/ACCA qualified Legal Cashier experience
