We're looking for a Recoveries Handler to join our fast-paced, high-performing claims department.
In this role, you'll effectively manage a caseload of ILR Claims responsible for actively chasing third party insurers, updating clients and escalating to Legal partners where required.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively manage a caseload of Non-Fault claims seeking recovery of any losses from the at fault insurers. Collaborate with MPL legal on recovery escalation when required. Use our bespoke claims management system to log information and manage claims efficiently. Work alongside our service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We're Looking For
Individual keen to learn and develop Previous experience in motor claims is preferred but not essential A passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail. Confident communicator with professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning bespoke systems.
