We're expanding our
Credit Hire Division
and currently have exciting opportunities for Claims Handlers, In-Hire Monitoring Handlers, and Recoveries Handlers to join our growing team. During the recruitment process, we'll consider your skills and experience to identify the role that best suits you.
What will you be doing?
Depending on your role, you'll be involved in different stages of the claims and credit hire journey -- from assessing liability and supporting customers through their claim, to recovering charges or managing active hire cases. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment, perfect for individuals who are driven, analytical, and enjoy problem-solving.
As a Claims Handler,
you will:
Process accident claims efficiently and accurately.
Investigate both fault and non-fault accidents to determine liability.
Liaise with insurers and engineers to resolve queries.
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and empathy.
As a Recoveries Handler
, you will:
Manage the recovery of credit hire charges.
Negotiate settlements with third-party insurers.
Ensure timely and accurate claim resolutions.
As an In-Hire Monitoring Handler
, you will:
Oversee active hire claims.
Manage vehicle repairs or total loss processes.
Maintain regular contact with insurers and customers to ensure smooth progress.
All roles require strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and a commitment to delivering a first-class customer experience.
