We're looking for an Operational Team Leader to join our fast-paced Recoveries Department. Someone who leads from the front, motivates their team, and drives performance through trust, openness, and support. Location:

Liverpool or Sevenoaks, office based with potential hybrid working



Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours between 9:00am and 5:30pm



Salary:

34,710 - 37,752 plus an achievable annual bonus of 2500 paid quarterly



What You'll Be Doing:



Lead and support a team of Recoveries and Litigation Handlers Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular one-to-ones Manage all aspects of people development -- from audits and training to wellbeing and compliance Conduct monthly file audits to identify trends and ensure accurate liability decisions Collaborate with Panel Lawyers to progress cases and deliver strong outcomes Share your technical expertise in indemnity, liability, and litigation Help shape and improve claims processes and training delivery Ensure inbound call handling standards are consistently met
