This is an exceptional and exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain experiences towards a career in psychology and other mental health professions. Slough Mental Health Services' Co-production Pathway is seeking a well organised and passionate person with good communication and interpersonal skills. The post holder will work directly with adults with complex mental health needs in the Slough community through focusing on their individual needs and equipping them with skills which will empower them to manage their own mental health and promote recovery.



This post offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the co-production pathway in Slough and The Royal College of Psychiatrists accredited Therapeutic Community.

You will work as a valued member of the Slough Mental Health Team , working to enable co-production throughout.



You will work with Volunteer Peer Mentors and co-facilitate workshops within Hope College



You will contribute to the delivery of t he Accredited Therapeutic Community and all related activities that ensure its continuous accreditation



You will be r eliable and knowledgeable, and you will have great IT skills and be familiar with various systems and software packages.



You will need to be able to travel independently across Berkshire.

The "must haves" for you to be considered for this role:



?Batchelor degree in Psychology



Experience of mental health distress either as a worker, carer or service user



Good inter-personal skills, e.g. able to empathise, listen to others and be non-judgemental.



An enhanced DBS check
