Here is a summary: Provide harm reduction advice, information and support with an emphasis on safer drug use, safer sex, HIV, Hepatitis A,B and C and other blood borne infections Offer Naloxone to all Clients due to risks presenting, or as a precautionary measure. Provide Blood borne virus testing Be responsible for maintaining a full case load of complex clients as the key worker Provide and record specific strength based interventions in line with the module. Adhere to the module framework and ensuring to adhere to the 4 phases module approach Provide a range of structured psycho-social interventions including CBT based brief solution focused therapy and motivational enhancement techniques.
