Duggan Recovery is seeking an experienced

Vehicle Recovery Driver

to join our team. In this role, you will respond to breakdowns, accident recoveries, and vehicle transport requests, ensuring a safe and professional service for our customers.

Responsibilities

Respond to roadside breakdowns and recover vehicles safely and efficiently. Transport vehicles to designated locations, including garages, dealerships, or private addresses. Provide professional and courteous service to customers in stressful situations. Operate and maintain recovery vehicles in compliance with safety regulations. Complete necessary paperwork and reports for each job. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and emergency call-outs as required.

Requirements

Must have previous experience in vehicle recovery.

Valid UK driving licence (

Class 2 or C1 essential

) Minimum 1 year held. Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in emergency situations. Good geographical knowledge of the local area. Mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not essential. Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call when required.
