Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Recovery Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient collection and delivery of customers vehicles. This position requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, driving skills, and effective communication abilities to ensure optimal operations within our resource recovery facilities.

Duties

Operate flatbed vehicles and vans for the collection of vehicles. Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding collection schedules and any issues that may arise. Assist in loading and unloading vehicles at the yard . Maintain accurate records of collections and deliveries, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and address any challenges in the recovery process.

Requirements

Valid driving licence with experience in commercial driving; flatbed or lorry driving experience is preferred. Must have C1 license & live in Derry area Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Previous experience as a recovery driver role is advantageous. Excellent communication skills,to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 25,000.00-41,084.62 per year
