Overview



Secure Risk Solutions is launching an exciting new insurance product and we're looking for a

dynamic and motivated Affiliate Recruiter

to help us build a strong network of partners who will promote it. This role is less about traditional HR recruitment and more about

affiliate recruitment, relationship management, and business development.



The successful candidate will be proactive, creative, and able to identify individuals, businesses, and organisations that could become effective affiliates. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and onboarding affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to succeed in promoting our insurance product.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit new affiliates and referral partners. Identify potential affiliates through social media, online platforms, professional networks, and industry events. Engage with affiliates, presenting the benefits of our insurance product and partnership model. Manage the end-to-end affiliate onboarding process, including communication, setup, and training. Maintain accurate records of affiliate activities, performance, and commission structures. Provide ongoing support and relationship management to affiliates, ensuring they remain motivated and successful. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, referral tools, and promotional content for affiliates. Ensure compliance with company policies, FCA guidelines, and regulatory requirements relating to insurance promotions.

Skills & Experience



Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience in affiliate recruitment, partnerships, or business development is highly desirable. Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing techniques. Ability to manage multiple affiliate relationships effectively. Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track leads and performance. Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector would be an advantage but not essential. Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and deliver results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-46,125.13 per year
