The Role:

We're looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, hire, and retain exceptional care staff. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Build strong candidate pipelines across multiple care locations. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs. Promote Godfrey Care's values and culture through outreach and social media. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with safer recruitment and CQC standards.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within health and social care. Confident in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of safer recruitment and compliance best practices.
