In-House Recruiter (6-Month FTC)



Hybrid - 2 office days per week (Tamworth or other UK offices, mainly within the Midlands and North)

Ideally based within 1 hour of Tamworth

Full-Time | Immediate Start


We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join our internal Talent team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Senior HR Business Partner, supporting national hiring needs with a particular focus on asbestos-related roles.

Requirements



What you'll be doing:



Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across our asbestos entity Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders Supporting HR-led recruitment projects and process improvements Travelling to various office locations when needed (travel expenses covered)

What we're looking for:



Proven experience in recruitment, with strong headhunting skills Creative, proactive mindset - you think beyond the job ad Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent platforms Confident communicator who can engage at all levels Knowledge of the asbestos sector is desirable - but not essential, as training will be provided Willingness to travel and collaborate across regions Full UK driving licence
