We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our internal recruitment activities and contribute to the continued growth of our project teams.

Overview


We're seeking a Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment, while also providing vital support across HR administration and day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with hiring managers, HR, and external partners to source the best talent, maintain compliance, and ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience across the board.

Recruitment:



Manage full-cycle recruitment. Write and post job adverts, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and metrics. Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels. Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with internal policies and local labour laws.

HR & Administration:



Draft and issue contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents. Support new hire onboarding and induction processes. Maintain HR records, documentation, and personnel files. Support with visa/ work permit paperwork and international mobilisation where applicable. Provide general HR administrative support to the wider team.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Defence, Nuclear Oil & Gas and/ or Renewables sectors. Strong understanding of the full recruitment process from brief to offer. Familiarity with HR processes and administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--comfortable working with technical teams, site personnel, and senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a high-paced, high-compliance environment. A proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
