to help us attract Experts and support our expanding available panel.

Summary of Position:

As a Recruiter at MLA, you'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding Expert Witnesses across various disciplines including Medical and Surveying Experts. You'll work closely with the Supply Manager to understand needs and ensure a smooth, efficient onboarding process for the experts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of Expert Witnesses, from initial sourcing to onboarding Ensure sufficient panel capacity in line with customer requirements Achieve monthly recruitment targets Screen CVs, validate professional qualifications and registrations, and coordinate with Operations teams Build strong relationships with Experts and internal stakeholders Ensure a positive Expert experience throughout the onboarding journey

Skills and Knowledge Required:

A minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment or sales (in-house or agency) Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple work streams Data Reporting for MI - Excel skills essential Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) A proactive, professional, and friendly approach
