We are growing our team across our London sites and are looking for a recruitment partner to support us in attracting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional hospitality talent.
Role Summary
The Part-Time Hospitality Recruiter will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for front of house, kitchen, and leadership roles across our sites. The role requires strong sourcing, excellent communication, and the ability to move candidates efficiently through a structured hiring pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, quality-focused hospitality environments. This role also has the potential to evolve into a full time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for cafe, kitchen, and management roles.
Develop and maintain job postings across job boards and recruitment channels.
Source candidates proactively through platforms, direct outreach, and local networks.
Screen CVs, conduct first-stage interviews, and coordinate trial shifts with hiring managers.
Ensure each candidate receives a warm, professional and consistent Qima Cafe experience.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for rapid hiring needs.
Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular hiring updates to management.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience recruiting in hospitality (cafes, restaurants, hotels, etc.).
Strong understanding of London hospitality talent markets and channels.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with ability to manage multiple roles at once.
A proactive, hands-on approach to sourcing -- not just waiting for applicants.
Alignment with Qima Cafe's values of quality, empathy, and hospitality.
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Experience recruiting for premium cafe, bakery, patisserie, or specialty coffee settings.
Ability to help build playbooks, recruitment SOPs, or interview frameworks.
Working Arrangements
Flexible working hours and location (mix of remote + site visits).
Expected time commitment: 2-3 days per week, depending on recruitment volume.
Compensation: Competitive hourly/day rate + performance incentives for successful hires.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
