Our business is growing very quickly and we're looking for someone dependable and trustworthy to lead our Recruitment within the business. As the Recruiter you would be overseeing the end-to-end recruitment of production staff.
We are based in Chalgrove at OX44 7RW, which is just outside of Oxford, so you will need your own transport to get here as this is a rural location that has limited public transport.
The role includes:
Managing the full recruitment cycle process of bakery staff and if needed office staff.
Proactively contacting and sourcing potential candidates via job boards and social media or any other potential avenues.
Acting as a point of contact and building relationships with candidates during the selection process, maintaining a positive reputation of the company
Tracking and assisting applicants through the interview process
Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding agency staff for production
Conducting telephone interviews with candidates
Organising and scheduling interviews for candidates with production managers
Establish relationships with production managers to understand their current and future recruitment needs
Creating & posting job adverts ensuring you are highlighting key aspects of the role
Leading and looking after the wellbeing of the company employees
Overseeing employee life cycles, including hiring, development and promotions
Ensuring all candidate details are updated onto the CRM system and internally
Processing monthly timesheets as part of payroll and month end exercise
Record, monitor and analyse bakery staff KPI'S such as labour cost, holidays, agency percentage, overtime percentage, staff turnover etc
Manage companies' mailbox as per company policy and guidelines
Be the point of contact for any HR related queries from bakery staff
Reporting on KPI's on anything related to job spec in weekly meetings
What we're looking for:
Enthusiastic and positive attitude
Ability to take initiative and work in a small team
Strong written and verbal communication
Confident with using MS Office
Previous experience in Recruitment/HR (preferable not mandatory)
Must have own transport due to rural location
We are looking for an enthusiastic, quick learner who's trustworthy and who also has experience in similar roles.
We Can Offer:
Full time position, approx. 40 hours per week, but flexibility to ensure things get done will sometimes be necessary.
The annual salary is 28k.
After a successful interview, a trial shift may be offered to review your compatibility to the role.
The role will be subject to a 3-month probationary period with clear goals and targets to achieve.
