What You'll Do:
Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Manage compliance checks and personnel files
Advertise roles, assist with interviews, and issue contracts
Plan recruitment events and maintain staff rotas
Ensure everything meets compliance standards
Participate in the on-call rota
What We're Looking For:
Admin experience (HR, recruitment, or customer service)
Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication & organisational skills
CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
