Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment, with a focus on lead generation and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, and PeopleSoft. The Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation's needs.

Duties



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organisation. Maintain accurate records of candidate information within the HRIS and ATS systems. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application through onboarding. Generate leads for potential candidates through networking, referrals, and industry events. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Qualifications



Proven experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong lead generation skills with a track record of successfully filling positions across various levels. Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for managing recruitment processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous. Strong relationship management skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike. Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
