THE ROLE



We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing talent acquisition efforts. You'll play a key role in sourcing, coordinating, and onboarding top-tier talent across all departments, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities



On the phones sourcing new talent. You'll be the first port of call for those prospective employees so you MUST enjoy hitting the phones and selling us as a company to work with. Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Source candidates using various platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases) and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and produce regular reports on hiring activity. Manage candidate communications professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive experience at all stages. Support employer branding initiatives, including careers page updates and social media recruitment content. Assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating welcome packs, orientation sessions, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).

Requirements



1+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a fast-paced administrative role (in-house or agency). Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ATS tools is a plus. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. A team player with a can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
