Job Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support the Human Resources department within the professional services industry. This role involves managing recruitment processes and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and ensure accurate role descriptions.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
  • Support hiring managers with candidate shortlisting and communication.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies during recruitment.
  • Respond to recruitment-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department as required.

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
  • Experience in recruitment or Human Resources administration within the professional services industry.
