D-Hive Ltd are seeking to recruit 2 Recruitment Administrators to join our ever-expanding business in Stretton, Burton on Trent. You will predominantly be focussed on the volume recruitment process for the whole of the D-Hive group. You will be working as part of the wider HR team and be reporting directly to the Head of HR on matters relating to the recruitment & hiring processes. This role will involve working as part of a team, assisting on the 360-recruitment process. This will be a varied role with a great emphasis on volume of candidate placement, with lots of different challenges to face on a daily basis, there will be an element of travel across the Derbyshire/ Staffordshire region with the potential of working on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Advertise job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites
Maintain an updated list of active job openings and communicate this internally
Review and screen resumes and applications, identifying potential candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.
Provide candidates with necessary information about interview logistics, including location, format, and expectations
Maintain accurate records of all applicants in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Support with the feedback to candidates' post-interview and assist in managing offer letters, contracts & rejections
Maintain DBS matrix and liaising with new and existing staff regarding subscription service
Support the team with recruitment projects, job fairs & any special recruitment initiatives
Conduct or support company inductions including liaising with the appropriate departments to ensure all the mandatory/ essential to role training has been delivered, recorded and
