Job Description

We are looking for a

Recruitment Administrator

to support our labour team in hiring and managing blue collar staff for large groundworks projects. This role involves assisting with recruitment, helping organise staff for different sites, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. You'll work closely with our site teams and play a key part in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support

: Help post job ads, screen CVs, arrange phone screens, and manage candidate records.

Onboarding

: Assist with paperwork and compliance documents.

Workforce Scheduling

: Help allocate workers to different projects, making sure availability and skills match the job needs.

Admin & Systems

: Keep workforce databases and systems up to date with accurate information.

Site Coordination

: Communicate with site managers and supervisors to confirm staffing levels and help resolve any changes or issues quickly.

Last-Minute Changes

: Support with filling urgent or short-notice roles to avoid disruption on site.

Compliance

: Ensure all recruitment and staffing activities follow health & safety, legal, and company requirements.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in an admin or co-ordinator role. Strong organisational skills - able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Clear communication - confident speaking to workers, site teams, and office staff. Problem-solving - able to act quickly to changes or last-minute staff needs. Comfortable using software, spreadsheets, and email systems. Positive attitude and able to work well under pressure.
