Lynn Grove Academy is looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to deliver exceptional recruitment support across our school and three partner academies -Woodlands Primary, Caister Academy, and Wroughton Academies. You'll play a key role in attracting top talent, streamlining hiring processes, and helping build strong, supportive teams that make a real difference in young lives.

Our Ideal candidate would have:

Proven administrative experience, ideally in recruitment or HR setting. A strong ability to thrive fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of shifting priorities and evolving demands. Confidence in delivering high-quality support and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
