As a result, we are now looking for a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our high-volume recruitment and onboarding efforts.

Summary



We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support the full recruitment cycle and deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience from start to finish. This role is critical in helping us scale our team quickly and efficiently as we continue to grow.

You will be responsible for scheduling interviews and tours, handling offer documentation, managing candidate communication, preparing onboarding materials, and supporting referral and social media activities.

Responsibilities



Manage the recruitment inbox, responding to queries and scheduling interviews and calls. Keep team calendars up to date with interviews, office tours, and onboarding sessions. Contact candidates to confirm interviews and tours for the upcoming week. Send offer letters and manage follow-up documentation and credentials. Reject unsuccessful candidates throughout the process. Keep candidates warm and engaged throughout the process via email and text updates.

Administrative Support



Organise and maintain candidate documentation folders. Print and prepare onboarding paperwork including NDAs and questionnaires. Manage recruitment-related expense. Send parking information and arrival details to incoming candidates. Prepare the boardroom for onboarding Create and manage WhatsApp groups for new joiners. Maintain and update the referral tracker. Draft and send referral emails to encourage employee recommendations. Create and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn & Facebook) to promote recruitment and brand culture.

Requirements



Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Calendar or similar scheduling tools. Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Facebook for work-related tasks. Knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding is a plus.
