Recruitment Administrator at Manor Adventure

Are you passionate about the outdoors and skilled in social media? Manor Adventure is seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Administrator to join our team!

Position: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Based at Culmington Manor
Salary: 26,000 + commission (after 3 months of employment)

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours a week

Manor Adventure is a leading independent outdoor education provider operating seven residential outdoor centres across the UK and France for School groups. Key Responsibilities

:

- Advertise and promote job openings across various platforms
- Conduct interviews via Teams and telephone to assess potential instructors
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Collaborate with team members to attract top talent in the outdoor industry

Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment, ideally within the outdoor industry (but not essential)
- Proficient in social media marketing and engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
