This role is being advertised as Welsh Essential. We are seeking a minimum of level 3 skills in speaking and understanding Welsh. This means a Recruitment Advisor would be able to welcome and greet candidates to pre-employment check appointments, ask and answer questions in Welsh. You may need to use the occasional English word in conversation at this level, but can hold most of the conversation in Welsh without having to switch entirely to English.
We offer opportunities to our staff to develop confidence in using their existing Welsh skills through courses and confidence building one to one sessions. Discussions about further developing your Welsh language skills can be held with shortlisted candidates at interview.
