Responsibilities Proactively sourcing and selecting candidates through referrals, job boards, social media, and databases.
Ensuring compliance and timely processing within our ATS (Tribepad) in line with targets.
Advising hiring managers on recruitment policies and ensuring consistent adherence to procedures.
Collaborating with Hiring Managers, HR, and senior stakeholders to understand role requirements.
Accurately posting and tracking vacancies across all channels.
Building strong networks to stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
Coaching managers through fair and effective assessment and selection processes.
Ideal Candidate Have experience in high volume recruitment, either in an agency or in-house setting
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Are passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate journey
Bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Are results driven with the ability to juggle shifting priorities
Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus, but not essential
