You will lead on recruitment activity across the College, supporting hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality candidates. Your duties
You will be:
Partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent
Driving excellence in recruitment practices while ensuring full compliance with GDPR and safer recruitment standards
Crafting compelling job advertisements and executing multi-channel recruitment campaigns
Providing expert support in interview planning and candidate evaluation
Organising and leading recruitment events, including job fairs and outreach initiatives
Building and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external suppliers
Championing the College's brand to attract and retain the skills and expertise needed
Embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion throughout every stage of the recruitment process

Person specification
The successful candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include:
Demonstrable experience in recruitment and stakeholder engagement
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of employment legislation and effective recruitment channels
Confidence using social media and applicant tracking systems
A proactive, flexible, and customer-focused approach
