The Role
As our Recruitment and HR Assistant, you will sit at the centre of our people operation.
You will support recruitment activity, keep HR processes sharp, and help create a smooth, professional experience for candidates and employees alike.
You will be trusted to think, act, and improve. If you see a better way of doing something, you will be encouraged to say so and help implement it.
This role will grow as you grow.
What You Will Be Doing
Driving recruitment activity from advert to onboarding
Managing job adverts and candidate pipelines
Shortlisting and coordinating interviews efficiently
Communicating confidently with candidates and hiring managers
Preparing offers and supporting onboarding processes
Keeping HR records accurate and organised
Supporting day to day HR queries with confidence and care
Spotting gaps, improving processes, and suggesting better ways of working
What We Are Looking For
Essential
HR or recruitment experience
A juggler
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with people
A proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative
Desirable but not essential
Experience in a sales driven environment
Exposure to cosmetic dentistry or healthcare
You do not need to tick every box. What matters most is attitude, energy, and the willingness to step up.
