As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated
Recruitment and Marketing Assistant
to help grow and manage our Agency Bank team while also supporting our wider marketing and social media activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, communicating creatively, and helping to build both our workforce and our online presence.
Your Role
As the Recruitment and Marketing Assistant, you will support both the
recruitment process
and
marketing activities
within the company. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively reaching out to potential candidates through job boards, social media, and direct enquiries to build the Agency Bank team.
Candidate Communication:
Engaging with candidates via phone, email, and face-to-face to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Interview Coordination:
Assisting with scheduling interviews and confirming appointments with candidates.
Pre-Employment Checks & References:
Conducting reference checks and assisting with pre-employment documentation for new starters.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with the recruitment team and recruitment manager to meet staffing requirements and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
Ensuring Availability:
Liaising with rota managers to ensure staff availability is passed forward in a timely manner.
Discovering Ideal Candidates:
Seeking skilled and adaptable Complex Care Support Workers to join our team.
Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Assisting with creating and posting engaging content across our social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Brand Promotion:
Helping to promote Josh's Care Company's values, services, and career opportunities through digital marketing campaigns.
Content Creation:
Supporting the design and delivery of posts, newsletters, and recruitment materials.
Event Support:
Assisting with the coordination of careers fairs and community engagement events.
Employer Branding:
Showcasing our culture and team success stories to attract new candidates and build awareness of our work in complex care.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A friendly and approachable personality with a professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Confidence using social media for business purposes
A proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external candidates
A full UK driving licence is essential
Experience in agency recruitment is
essential
; marketing experience is
desirable but not essential
