Garolla's Field Installation team is expanding rapidly, with new Installers joining us every month. To maintain our high standards and deliver an exceptional first impression, we are committed to providing an industry-leading recruitment, onboarding, and training experience.

As the Recruitment & Onboarding Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in this journey. You'll be responsible for ensuring every new recruit is fully equipped -- with the right information, support, and tools -- to begin their Garolla career confidently and successfully from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting Garolla's growth plans through ensuring all new Field engineers have the support and equipment required to excel during the training period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Work with Operational Managers and Recruitment agencies to effectively shortlist and co-ordinate time for candidates for interview. Support the HR Manager in the timely sending of offer letters and contracts to candidates, ensuring all questions are responded to. Work with the Finance team and agreed fleet providers to ensure fully branded and racked vans are available to new recruits from day 1. Liaise with the Procurement team and external providers to ensure all essential tools and equipment is available to meet agreed deadlines. Provide all onboarding information to new recruits so that they are crystal clear on the arrangements to join the business and any actions they need to take. Book all required accommodation and ensure any incurred travel costs are reimbursed in a timely manner. Ensure all required facilities (meeting rooms, training area etc) are booked to meet the training plan timetable. Along with the Training Manager, act as point of contact to resolve any queries new starters may have during their training and induction programme. Work with the relevant Field Managers to confirm week 2 and week 3 training & mentoring schedules and issue to all new recruits. Collate end of training feedback sheets and pass output to the Field and Training Managers for review and action.
Candidate Requirements:

2 years experience in a similar or related role Experience of the garage door/home improvement industry desirable Computer literate with a good understanding of Excel & field management technology Excellent communication skills Flexible and confident working in a changing environment Determined & resilient Has keen eye for detail Works well under pressure
