MMAB are on a journey of growth and development in domiciliary, mental health, and complex care for children and adults. The Recruitment and Training Coordinator is essential in ensuring an ongoing pipeline of compliant and trained staff to support our existing and new clients.

The Recruitment and Training Coordinator role is diverse and offers the individual the opportunity to develop their skills and incorporate innovative practice into the service. Responsibilities



Working alongside the Care Coordinator and Operations Director to identify current and future staffing needs. Assist in creating compelling job postings and utilise social media platforms to attract diverse talent pools. Managing recruitment campaigns including online platforms, local job fayres, social media etc. Screening and interviewing candidates, being responsive to new applicants. Completing all required recruitment and onboarding checks, following safer recruitment processes. Updating internal recruitment trackers and adding new staff to the electronic systems. Allocating and monitoring online training for new and existing staff. Induction of new staff, including the delivery of face-to-face training (Train the Trainer qualifications provided). Liaise with senior carers and clients to arrange new staff shadow shifts. Monitor and maintain staff records to ensure a fully compliant and trained workforce. Prepare reports and documentation for internal reviews or regulatory compliance when requested by Operations Director / Managing Director. Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are always provided. Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard all personal data in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection regulations. Attend mandatory refresher training to maintain and extend own knowledge through training.

Experience



Proven experience in a recruitment or human resources coordination role, preferably within a health and social care environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels. Experience in lead generation techniques for talent sourcing through social media management and other digital channels. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated relationship management skills to foster collaboration across teams and external partners.

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
