What You'll Be Doing:
Recruitment that Builds Success
Lead end-to-end recruitment across the business -- from attracting and sourcing to onboarding exceptional talent.
Develop creative recruitment strategies to grow our
high-performing B2B sales channel
and fill key business roles.
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to support ongoing growth.
Work closely with department leaders to understand their needs and bring in the right people at the right time.
Be an ambassador for our culture and values, ensuring every hire strengthens our team.
Training that Transforms Performance
Create and deliver a complete training strategy
that equips our teams with the skills, confidence, and motivation to excel.
Design engaging training modules
covering sales performance, customer service, product knowledge, and compliance.
Deliver high-impact training sessions
-- from onboarding new hires to developing existing staff -- that inspire action and boost results.
Identify development opportunities and build tailored learning pathways to enhance individual and team performance.
Monitor progress and measure outcomes to ensure training translates into real business impact.
Driving Growth and Engagement
Empower individuals to reach their full potential through consistent coaching and performance development.
Collaborate with managers to create a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support HR and leadership initiatives around retention, engagement, and performance (HR experience beneficial but not essential).
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in
recruitment and/or training
, ideally within a commercial, B2B, or energy-related environment.
Strong track record in
designing and delivering training
that drives measurable performance improvements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills -- you can inspire, engage, and lead from the front.
Creative thinker with the ability to build structured training frameworks and processes.
Organised, driven, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
HR experience or qualifications (e.g. CIPD) are a plus, but
not essential
