As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Assistant to help grow and manage our Agency Bank team. This role will involve supporting the recruitment process, liaising with rota managers, and ensuring the ongoing availability of staff within the team.
Your Role:
As the Recruitment Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the growth and development of our Agency Bank team. Once the team has expanded, you will work closely with rota managers to ensure that staff availability is effectively communicated and managed. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Recruitment & Screening:
Proactively reaching out to potential candidates through job boards, social media, and direct inquiries to build the Agency Bank team.
Candidate Communication:
Engaging with candidates via phone, email, and face-to-face to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Interview Coordination:
Assisting with scheduling interviews and confirming appointments with candidates.
Pre-Employment Checks & References:
Conducting reference checks and assisting with pre-employment documentation for new starters.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with the recruitment team and recruitment manager to meet staffing requirements and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
Ensuring Availability:
Once the team has grown, liaising with rota managers to ensure staff availability is passed forward in a timely manner.
Discovering Ideal Candidates:
You will be seeking skilled and adaptable Complex Care Support Workers to join our team.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A friendly and approachable personality with a professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external candidates
A proactive, problem-solving attitude
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
Experience in agency recruitment is essential for this role
