We have an opportunity for a part time Recruitment Assistant to cover maternity leave until October 2024 within our busy team.

We`re looking for someone who:
  • Has strong administrative skills and is highly organised
  • Is able to work under pressure
  • Has amazing customer service skills and,
  • Has great communication skills to encourage applicants to apply for our roles and communicate effectively with candidates
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an enthusiastic and `can-do` attitude who can make a real difference to our schemes by recruiting individuals who support people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and those who are homeless in the local area.

About the role

You`ll be working 4 days per week as part of a busy internal recruitment team who manage over 200 care worker and housing vacancies across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. You`ll be providing administrative support for permanent recruitment which will involve undertaking recruitment checks on applicants, organising interviews and advertising vacancies.

You will also work alongside the Recruitment Manager to proactively engage with candidates for roles bypromoting vacancies through social media and attending recruitment events across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Bedfordshire.
