About the Role:
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, producing MI and supporting candidate onboarding. The role will be part of EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and will support Executive Hires across the region.
What You'll Do
Manage Executive level (MD and SMD) candidate interviews, including meeting room bookings, travel & accommodation where necessary, and catering requests
Working closely with Legal, HR & Exec recruiting to draft complex employment offers and contracts
Processing of invoices and expenses
Driving data integrity and adherence to audit in our relevant recruitment systems & trackers
Assisting with ad-hoc reports
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Recruitment service and processes to the business
Corresponding with and creating great relationships with all recruiting managers and stakeholders
Ownership and management of the Post Recruitment Interview process with new starters, including highlighting immediate concerns with the Recruitment team and HR and producing quarterly reports identifying trends, areas for improvement and suggestions for these
Design, build, communicate and deliver upskilling initiatives, communications collateral and training to ensure consistent knowledge and processes across the region.

Basic Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role, ideally with prior experience supporting complex offer & employment contract processes
Exemplary attention to detail and highly organised to keep all recruitment records and systems updated
Ability to build strong rapport/relationships at all levels across the business
Ability to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
Methodical approach to work and strong prioritisation skills
Team player
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven background in working in office administration
Experience in professional services would be an advantage
Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages
Knowledge of Taleo or other Applicant Tracking System would be an advantage
