Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven and results-focused Recruitment Associate to play a key part in our hiring process. You'll play a vital role in ensuring we have the right people in place across all divisions. From sourcing top talent to managing smooth onboarding, you'll make sure positions are filled quickly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with our HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process - from advertising roles to making offers.
Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for ongoing vacancies.
Overseeing onboarding for new starters, ensuring all HR processes and paperwork are completed.
Working with HR support to ensure compliance and best practice.
Creating and delivering recruitment strategies to meet ongoing staffing needs.
Reporting directly to the HR & Recruitment manager with weekly and monthly updates.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in recruitment/resourcing, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Organised, with strong communication and people skills.
Confident in setting out your own plans and strategies.
HR experience is beneficial but not essential - we have processes and external support in place.
What We Offer:
30,000 - 35,000 (Pro-Rata - looking for 20-24 hours) and flexibility on working days/hours.
