We are a growing and ambitious recruitment business, and we're looking for a Business Development Consultant to drive our expansion across the Industrial, Driving, and Commercial sectors. This is a client-facing, target-driven role where your energy and sales ability will be well rewarded.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the industrial, driving, and commercial recruitment markets. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs. Creating bespoke recruitment solutions and delivering excellent service. Hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets - and reaping the rewards of our brand-new, high-earning commission structure. Collaborating closely with our resourcing team to ensure successful candidate placement and client satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:

Proven B2B sales or recruitment experience (ideally in the relevant sectors, but not essential). A hunter mindset with the resilience and tenacity to win new business. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A genuine passion for delivering great service to clients and candidates. Target-focused with the ambition to build a strong desk and develop long-term client partnerships.
