We have also have a team of specialist solicitors and fee earners that cover the full spectrum of family law including but not limited to: private children law disputes, public children law cases, divorce, financial remedy, forced marriages, FGM, and child abduction.

We're looking for a

Recruitment Business Partner

to join our team and play a key role in driving recruitment across one of the UK's fastest-growing legal aid law firms. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of recruitment within an organisation that values your expertise and insights.

What You'll Do:



Manage the full recruitment cycle across the business, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the firm.

Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new starters feel supported and fully integrated into the team.

Proactively build and nurture a talent pipeline, helping the firm stay ahead of hiring needs.

Use your market knowledge to attract top talent from across the UK, building a diverse and skilled workforce.

Travel to regional offices as needed to connect with teams, understand their needs, and ensure a consistent recruitment experience.

What You'll Bring:



Previous recruitment experience and a desire to own your own portfolio in-house.

A strategic mindset, with the ability to shape recruitment processes that align with the firm's needs and values.

Solid knowledge of the national recruitment market, particularly in family law legal and legal aid sector.

Excellent

communication skills

, able to engage with both candidates and internal teams.

A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and make decisions that support the overall recruitment strategy.

A willingness to travel to regional offices to build strong relationships across the business.
