The post holder will provide an excellent customer service through liaising with potential employers, supporting them to move through recruitment, contracting and compliance from start to end of programme within the Apprenticeship team.
Effective account management to support employers through an efficient on boarding and on programme process.
The post holder will contribute to maintaining effective streamlined procedures, processes, and systems when supporting contractual paperwork completion, data entry onto College systems, all while maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all employers, dealing with their enquiries in an effective, professional and timely manner
On completion of initial contact sign post employer to appropriate team within the college
Ensuring that employers are compliant with ESFA funding rules as well as assisting employers in the management of their Digital Apprenticeship Service account (DAS)
Supporting employers and apprentices to complete all contractual apprenticeship documentation (Evidence Pack) correctly and negotiating completion within agreed deadlines
Account management for all employers
Entering data into the College systems in accordance with College procedures and Data Protection legislation and with a high degree of accuracy
End-to-end enrolment process for apprentices, ensuring accurate data input, verification, and compliance with funding regulations
Working closely with internal teams such as - MIS, Finance, Marketing and the Business Team
Plan and carry out the induction and quality checks for new starters
Working closely with the Apprenticeship Data and Compliance Manger and supporting the Director of Apprenticeships to ensure DAS errors and DLOCK reports are acted upon and rectified in a timely manner
Attend internal and external promotional events across the local network
Effectively communicating to apprentices, employers and College staff via telephone, face to face or through correspondence
Assisting with the internal audit schedule and undertake any reasonable duties as directed by line manager
Any other duties, of a similar level of responsibility, as may be required

Qualifications
Essential Criteria
Educated to a minimum of level three qualification.
Educated to GCSE grade A- C / 9 - 4 or equivalent in English and Maths Safeguarding and Prevent training (or to be completed within one month of appointment)
