Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team, this role is a 360 position, and you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various positions aswell as developing CPower Consultancy and bringing on board new clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organisational culture. Utilise various platforms, including social media management, to attract potential candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Engage in lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Preparing selected CVs and correspondence to forward to clients, providing a summary on each candidate's suitability.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and candidates. Experience in lead generation is beneficial for sourcing candidates and new clients effectively. . Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Desireable Skills
