Tasks
You already know the tasks required as you are an experienced recruitment consultant, but hear is what is required

From Day 1 you will be expected to utilise your sales and account management skills within the construction sector
Start pin pointing the clients you would like to work with
You will be a hunter not a farmer

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment (2+ years preferred), with a strong record in managing and growing client accounts
A results-driven, proactive approach with the ability to own and grow a recruitment desk
Exceptional communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
High-level candidate sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills
Strong IT literacy - confident using CRM systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
Commercially savvy and highly responsive to client and candidate needs
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-performance environment
A polished, professional manner with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
