Duties
Lead generation through various channels including social media management and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Utilise ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing expert advice on market trends and employment opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within CRM systems like Salesforce or similar tools.
Stay informed about industry best practices in human resources and recruitment technology to optimise processes.
Experience
Proven experience in recruitment for dental and medical or talent acquisition roles, ideally within diverse sectors.
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft or HRIS systems is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
Knowledge of relationship management principles within human resources contexts.
Ability to utilise CRM tools like Salesforce effectively for lead tracking and client engagement.
