Due to strong growth and increasing demand from our partner settings, we are now seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in education recruitment to join our forward-thinking team in Rotherham.

About the Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant at Education Assets, you will manage your own specialist desk, working with early years settings, schools, nurseries, and education professionals across the region. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing, developing, and growing your own education recruitment desk
Building strong relationships with nurseries, schools, and childcare providers
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality education candidates
Delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates
Ensuring all safeguarding and compliance standards are met, including DBS checks and referencing
Meeting and exceeding performance targets within a positive, supportive team environment
Working collaboratively to help shape the future of Education Assets' recruitment services
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, driven, and passionate about the education sector. You will ideally have:
Experience working in education recruitment (essential)
A strong track record in business development and relationship building
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A people-focused approach with genuine passion for supporting clients and candidates
Knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and the education staffing market
A motivated, proactive, and resilient attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
